REFUND POLICY – Refunds may only be requested in cases of lack of performance on the part of Roxanne Green AKA Coach Roxanne. If Roxanne fails to do the work that you paid for or it is not up to par, every effort will be made to communicate your dissatisfaction to Roxanne and she will have the opportunity to make it right to your specifications. If the work is still not done to your specifications, you may request a refund at that time. If the work is not performed due to you changing your mind and or not providing Roxanne with what she needs to do the job, there will be no refunds provided.
