How Important is What You Think?

Thoughts become things. YES…it is real. Your mindset determines your life. I know it sounds hokey to some, but it really is true.

Have you ever noticed that once one bad thing happens, you start to snowball into negative energy and more bad things happening? Negative thoughts attract negative things. This is why life seems to spiral downward. It’s all in how you react to the things that happen to you.

Every time a negative thought comes into your head, acknowledge it and push it away. Replace it with a positive thought. Write down a bunch of positive statements. That way you will have them ready when your mind begins the negative.

Try it for a few weeks and see what happens in your life.

Today is the first day of the rest of your life. What will you do with it?
